The Big Summer Adventure is here!
I’m sure you have noticed the cobwebs and dust - I’m not around much now. I’m hiking in Ireland! For over a month I plan on hiking (solo, per usual) in the County of Cork, in south-western parts of Ireland. I start in Clogheen near Cork on the Blackwater Trail (the combined Avondhu and Duhallow Ways), then Sli Gaeltacht Mhuscrai to Kealkill. Depending on how much time I will have left by then, I hope to do both of the Beara Way and Sheep’s Head Way.
I am planning on combining wild camping (always LNT), established campsite camping and occasional hostels or maybe a B&B once in a while.
While I’m away, please follow my trekking adventure on Facebook and Twitter! You are also invited to browse through my archives to find inspiration, your next hiking destination, some good gear review or piece of advice.
And don’t forget to sign for my newsletter, so you know when the Irish beauty is all for you to see!
Did you know you can now see the best of my photos in an online Gallery and buy any you love?
I love taking photos and can’t image to travel without the possibility of capturing the surrounding me reality. Taking pictures is one of the ways I react with Nature, and I always have my camera ready when I hike.
Recently, I’ve created a Gallery and online Store where you can see many of my best photos and even buy them as prints, canvas or… your soon-to-be favorite tote.
Take a minute to jump over to my Gallery and who knows? Maybe you will find a photo to adore your naked walls :)
