Would you like to save on gear?
Silly question, of course you do! Unless you sleep on piles of money, you realize how expensive gear and hiking attire can be. Most of the time rightly so - high quality equipment is made of expensive components and all of the respected merchants in the Outdoor world also care about ecology and quality of life of their employers, which translates into higher price tags.

I believe in the old adage, that I’m too poor to buy cheap. I prefer to buy fewer items than buy cheaper but lower quality stuff that simply needs to be replaced faster. I search for second-hand attire and and am always on the lookout for sales and promotions. I don’t mind wearing clothes from last year design line, so that’s not a problem! ;-)
I advise you to sign up for newsletters from merchants like Backcountry, Moosejaw or REI to get news of sales the moment they come live. You can also get coupons directly to your RSS reader - just click the icon below.
